Charlie looked up at Quinn when he was over her, putting her plate down she smirked a little when he asked if she was offering "I might be" she said playfully as she leaned back into the couch a little. Crossing her arms over her stomach she raised a brow at him "Or you know, I could call someone for you" Charlie said thoughtfully only joking about calling someone for him, running her eyes over him she bit her bottom lip a little "Fuck it" she laughed as she sat up straight on the couch. Uncrossing her arms she reached up and grabbed a fist full of his shirt and pulled him down some more so she could press her lips against his eagerly, she had wanted to kiss him for years but had never been brave enough.

Quinn had finished up what he had in his hand when he caught that she had just called him her sexy bodyguard. He set the plate down and took his few steps forward to hunch over her on the couch, "Really now? Are you offering?" He asked with an almost predatory grin as he took a few seconds to think on the many positions he could place Charlie in just from the posture they were both in. If she did give him the chance he was certainly about to take that opportunity to spend his night likely not sleeping much.

"I don't want to know what your skill set it" Charlie laughed a little as she continued to eat when he said that his time around her was some of the best, "So I was your more fun assignment" she said smirking. "I mean you did make things more interesting by just being around, since all of my friends were jealous that they didn't get a sexy bodyguard and I did" Angel said quickly glancing at him with another smirk knowing he would pick up on her calling him sexy, "You know what I think you need?" she asked him tilting her head to the side a little as she looked at Quinn properly "I think you need to have some fun and get laid" she teased.

Quinn was just about to take a bite when Charlie asked her question. It hadn't really been something he thought about much since being taken off of his assignment working with Charlie, "I suppose the extravagant does get a little bit old after a while. I really like the pay and being able to use my appropriate skill set, but even at the most exciting moments it kind of just wears on you after a while. My time around you was some of the best." He finally got to eating thankful for something simple instead of the stuff generally thrown at him for more elaborate events.

“If you say so” Charlie said with a shrug of her shoulders as he explained that he didn’t want a beer, grabbing a slice of the pizza as soon as she opened the box she sat down on the couch closest to Quinn. “Do you ever get bored of it?” Charlie asked looking at him with a raised brow “Working for my parents I mean” she clarified as she crossed her right leg over her left as she got comfortable enjoying the pizza. “I’m sure the pay and all of the parties they throw are great bonuses” she laughed a little, she had seen some of the parties her parents had thrown and they had astounded her that her father had been able to hire so many escorts for his employees.

Quinn chuckled to her first comment and swatted the pillow away before it got to actually hit him. The little play was fun and getting Charlie to finally blush did mark an achievement for the night, but for now food was first priority and the rescue escapade did leave him a bit peckish. Finally lifting himself off the seat to actually eat and with his former charge, "No thanks on the beer. Generally don't drink much with a alcohol content less that sixty proof." He answered back getting his part from dinner and resisting the urge to put his hands on her hips while she had her back turned to get food, at least until they were both finished.

"Oh my god, you are a horn dog" Charlie laughed when he said he wouldn't complain if she undressed, grabbing a nearby pillowed Charlie threw it at Quinn when he continued talking making her blush "You are worse than the old men who come into my work" she said shaking her head. Hearing a knock at the door she got up and started to walk past Quinn, stopping she smirked as she looked down at him a little "Keep going Quinn and I might take you into my bed" she half joked before she kept walking. Opening the front door she talked to the delivery boy for a moment, paid him and then walked back into the living room and placed the pizza box on the coffee table. "Beer?" Charlie asked wanting to steer the conversation away from her being undressed at least for a moment as she started for the kitchen.

Quinn didn't fully react to the cold bag of peas that just dropped into his lap after his small comment, mostly just setting the bag down on the edge of the chair, "Yeah. I stared. Not going to lie." He muttered leaning into his hand with his smirk, "And if you decided to actually undress I'd definitely not complain. You really look good." He couldn't really help watching the way her hips swayed with every step she made, "Probably better in less than now."

"I'm pretty sure I don't need as many lessons as you think" Charlie laughed before she listened to him explain what he had been doing before he had come and gotten her from the gang, "Sure you weren't just watching me for the hell of it" she joked. When he patted his lap Charlie got up and walked over towards him swaying her hips, stopping in front of him she raised a brow before she dropped the still cold bag of peas into his lap before she bent down and placed her hands on his knees lightly "If you are trying to make me blush Quinn you are going to have to try a lot harder than that" she basically purred before she stood up and walked back over to where she had been sitting on the couch with a laugh. "And like you can talk, you basically were undressing me with your eyes after my shower" Charlie pointed out with a smirk.

Quinn stretched out as Charlie mentioned her clumsiness, "Figured you would have grown out of it by now, but who am I to say. You could use lessons with a lot of things at this point." He mentioned turning a hand in the air to try and jog his memory. Of course her own staring did manage to see Charlie giving her off and on stares before speaking, "Happened to be nearby from a previous assignment and took it on myself to keep an eye on you. Then that happened and I just went right in." With a bit of silence he did pat his lap, "Want to sit in my lap? That look you're giving says a lot more than you're probably thinking it does."

"I'm sure you will" Charlie said absently rolling her eyes when Quinn said that he would take some pictures later, looking up at him when she finished ordering she raised a brow "Knowing my luck I would cut my hand if I kept a knife on me. Or have you forgotten how clumsy I can be?" she laughed. Watching as he relaxed she couldn't help but run her eyes over him, he looked good sitting there in her living room. Realising she was staring at him Charlie shook her head a little and looked away. "What were you doing before you came to find me?" Charlie asked wanting to distract herself from thinking of how good he would look sprawled out in her bed.

Quinn allowed a small grin to curl up the corner of his lip when she told him to take a picture, "Well. If you don't mind I'll take a few later on." He added in seeing that she was still comfortable around him even if she was a bit more mature than when he last really spoke with her, "Pepper spray, maybe a knife or two, possibly a nice blunt object, you got options if you don't mind a little work." He reminded her letting himself lay back on the empty chair as she ordered in food for the both of them.

Walking out of the kitchen carrying her water with her phone on her free hand she looked at Quinn with a raised brow seeing how he was looking, "What?" she asked suspiciously as she moved over to the couch and put her water down as she sat. Shaking her head a little she looked down at her phone as she set about ordering them some pizza to eat, "You know Quinn, if you take a picture it will last longer" Charlie joked as she flicked some of her damp hair over her left shoulder as she grabbed the still cold bag of peas and placed it against the back of her head again. "Remind me to invest in pepper spray" she said with a sigh, it had been something she had been meaning to get but had never gotten around to it.

Quinn shook his head almost ignoring Charlie with her comment about getting shot being his job, but he did catch that look he remembered seeing fairly often when she was younger. It was kind of cute to think that she still might have that little crush despite them being separated for a while. With the note of not going through Charlie's underwear he just put up a thumbs up before getting back to rubbing his muscles and bruises to ease things back to condition. When Charlie came back he looked back now really seeing how well she grew into her body, "Yeah, yeah. That would be great." He uttered out not really hiding that he was really looking at what she chose to wear and how it hugged her body.

"What? Worried what might happen if I die?" Charlie questioned rolling her eyes a little as she watched him put the ointment on his bruises, "I'm good, getting shot seems to be your forte. I mean, you are the stereotypical bad boy after all" she said with a smirk. Even now she could still feel that old crush she had had on him burning brightly, all of her old friends had been jealous that she got to around such a handsome bad boy all she wanted. "I'm going to shower" she sighed as she walked back into her bedroom before she leaned back out and looked at Quinn with narrowed eyes "Don't go through my underwear" Charlie joked before she went and cleaned herself up. Coming out walking into the kitchen after a while she was dressed in a pair of pj shorts and a tank top with her hair down and damp from washing it, "Want me to order some food?" she asked as she grabbed a glass and got herself some water.

Quinn, catching the ointment fairly easily, kept his eye on Charlie as she started up on her new life outside of the family, "Well. Hopefully you won't drop too quickly then." He added in now rubbing in the ointments and counting off how many times he had gotten shot while going through his single man rescue mission, "Of course if you want to get shot several times for a pay check that's all on you. It's not exactly sunshine and rainbows regardless where you are." He added in occasionally switching hands to reach some of the more difficult spots he had been hit.

Charlie watched his movements and she watched as the stray slugs fell from the fabric, "No one is going to hang you" she said with a smirk the idea of someone daring to try and take on Quinn amused her greatly. When he told her to take it easy for a day or two she laughed as she kicked her feet up on the coffee table in front of her and tossed the bag of peas onto it not caring that her head still was killing her, "Unlike you Quinn, I actually have to work hard for my next paycheck" Charlie said as she crossed her arms over her stomach "I don't live out of mummy and daddies pocket anymore. I can't afford to take it easy" she added shrugging knowing if she did take it easy she would fall behind on rent. "There should be something for bruises in the bathroom in my room" Charlie said as she got off of the couch with a groan and wandered to her bedroom leading the way, she always kept creams for bruises as she normally was covered in them from work. Going into the bathroom she opened the medicine cabinet grabbed the cream in question, walking out she tossed it towards Quinn with a sigh.

Quinn shrugged his shoulders at the mention of staying the night and pulled the now hole filled jacket with a few more flattened slugs falling out of the fabric with some sense bruising coming unveiled with the jacket and the more formal looking button up that did a little to cushion the impacts each shot made, "I don't have any major problem so long as I don't end up getting hanged later because someone else thought something." He spoke up dusting himself off to examine the bruising further, "Just try to take it easy for a day or so." With that he hung up the jacket and shirt leaving on the simple white shirt underneath.

Looking over at Quinn she couldn't help but grin a little when he said no to her mentioning sleeping pills, tossing them back into the cabinet she walked over to her freezer and opened it grabbing out the only frozen bag of peas she had. She didn't need Quinn looking through her fridge or pantry and seeing how little food she kept around as she spent very little time in her apartment, putting it on the back of her head she turned and looked at him when he asked how long she wanted him around "You can stay the night if you want, I have a spare room" Charlie said shrugging her shoulders as she wandered from the kitchen and flopped down onto the couch in her living room. "I live in a shitty part of town, what makes you think people are going to question me having a man suddenly in my apartment?" Charlie asked with an unlady like snort not caring what her neighbours would think, when he brought up her parents she rolled her eyes a little; "They don't come here. They know I don't want anything to do with them and their business practises" she said shaking her head with a sigh.

Quinn's expression fell flat the moment that Charlie brought up the idea if using sleeping pills, "Yeah, no." He spoke up giving a shake of his head and wondering what Charlie was really going to be up to without even some minor ache medicine, "When most of this has blown over the first thing we're doing is getting you some decent first aid supplies." He added in trying to go over what exactly she had, probably a bag of frozen peas to at least get an improvised cold compress, "How long you want me around?" He asked looking through Charlie's freezer, "Might be odd for you to just have a guy around suddenly. And if your parents show up it might be rough to try and explain, especially given your behavior beforehand." He didn't really put much thought into what he just said, but felt it was kind of obvious he knew she had feelings for him back when he was a lot more visible.

Opening her eyes when she felt the cool breeze telling her that they were now outside she sighed softly when he put her feet back down on the ground, "I didn't...think you did" Charlie said with a soft laugh as she let him guide her back to her apartment. Unlocking the door she walked inside rubbing her forehead a little not caring what he would think of the shitty apartment she had, Charlie refused to take any money from her parents to pay for a better one. As far as she was concerned her apartment was good enough to keep her comfortable. "I don't have aspirin...I don't think" she sighed as she walked into the kitchen and started to look through the cupboard over the sink where she kept her medications trying to see what she had, "I have sleeping pills" Charlie said thoughtfully as she pulled out a bottle of pills and peered at it "Close enough right?" She asked with a small laugh having a feeling he would disagree with her.

Quinn gave a small nod and simply walked out until finally appearing outside of the building and setting her back on her feet, "Yeah. I know where it's at. And before you ask, no I did not make a habit of looking through your window to keep my eye on you." He assured her with a small smile while he guided her back to her apartment, thankfully still in fairly good condition. With the idea that a gang just got wiped out grabbing the wrong girl, hopefully it would stay that way, "Still safe last I checked. I'll see about grabbing some aspirin or something to nurse the headache. "

"I don't normally get into trouble" Charlie said with a shake of her head before she winced a little finally letting herself acknowledge she had a killer headache, when he picked her up into his arm she gave a small squeak of surprised but wrapped an arm across his shoulders as he carried her making sure to keep her eyes locked on his chest as much as she could so she could not look around before she decided to just close her eyes. When Quinn asked if she wanted to head home she nodded her head little, "I have a killer headache and probably an amazing egg on the back of my head" she said with a small sigh. "I am sure you already know where my apartment is?" Charlie asked as she raised a brow a little as she kept her eyes closed letting herself enjoy the feeling of being in his arms.

Quinn let a small, pained, laugh when Charlie mentioned that he looked like shit, "You should see the other guys." Before patting his jacket and letting a few flattened bullets drop to the floor before Charlie threw her arms around him. He patted her back this time keeping his former charge comfortable enough to go through the next room, "I still keep an eye on you from time to time. Someone has to keep you out of trouble now."

Before Charlie really had a chance to object, Quinn brought her up in his arms so that she wouldn't need to keep her eyes open to navigate the room with bodies strewn about. He may of been used to the idea of death and the aftermath of, she was still relatively soft to the matter, "So. Feel like heading home? Probably a bit of a rough night." He asked walking out and doing his best to keep her from looking straight at the carnage he caused.

Seeing Quinn open the door Charlie let her body relax happy it was someone she knew and trusted that had come into this hell hole, rubbing her wrists when he freed them she got to her feet as soon as the last restraint was cut and she pulled the tape from her mouth. "You do not understand how happy I am to see you" she said honestly as her eyes ran over him taking in his appearance, "You look like shit" Charlie pointed out trying to stall a little even though she didn't want to be caught here if the police showed up but Charlie didn't want to see the dead bodies she had no doubt were laying around. Even though her parents were in the business of killing people they had always hidden that away from Charlie after she had accidentally seen one when she was ten and had thrown up at the sight of it before passing out, hesitating a little Charlie bit her bottom lip before she threw her arms around Quinn and hugged him.

"Thank you" she whispered to him before letting go and she stepped out of the room her stomach in knots not sure of what she was going to see but she knew she was not going to like it at all, Charlie knew she was going to have nightmares of this for a while and would need to get her hands on some sleeping pills. "How did you find me by the way?" Charlie asked with a frown looking confused.
